The event starts Friday evening with a Welcome Banquet in which you will meet your host Nicole McLaughlin and learn more about Sanctuary Retreats, receive your retreat bag and itenerary for the weekend. Saturday begins with meditation and exercise before breakfast.  Breakout sessions for men and women before lunch and a group couples session following the lunch break. The evening, you are free to explore the surroundings or visit the spa. Sunday morning will begin with meditation and exercise. There will be farewell Brunch featuring a guest speaker.
